Welcome! My name is David Pierson, and I am very excited to join Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Carolina Premier Properties, in the Landfall office. I grew up with parents who were Real Estate professionals, and discovered that this is my passion, too. After years of visits to Wilmington for family reunions, this became home in 2016. I attended Coastal Christian HS where I enjoyed Baseball, volunteering, and the beach! Thanks to a scholarship, I was able to continue my love of baseball at St. Andrews University, and then moved back to Wilmington to continue pursuing my education.
