I began my career in real estate in 1993 and haven't looked back since. I have worked and lived in Wilmington and the surrounding areas helping clients buy and sell residential and commercial properties for around 29 years. Prior to real estate, I worked and managed a construction company and this helped to provide me with a large amount of knowledge and insight into the building process as well. I stand by that people don't care what you know until they know that you care, and it is a priority of mine to show that I care to each and every client. My years of experience in negotiating for my clients needs, managing transactions and building a great network of client relationships has more than fully equipped me to help you with any real estate needs or questions you may have.
