Coming from a real estate family, I have been surrounded by real estate my entire life. In the beginning of 2021, I received my real estate license and began working with my dad, Art Ricks, in Wilmington and the surrounding areas. Some things that are important to us: making sure our clients have all the information possible to make the best educated decision for themselves, honesty, and clear communication. Art's 28 years of experience, knowledge, and great negotiating skills while building great client relationships combined with my help with client care and coordination long term and organization as I learn this business more makes us a great team.
