Originally from Greensboro, North Carolina, Rob has called Wilmington home since 2001. He and his high school sweetheart, Megan, lead an active life with three children and lots of laughter! Rob is a 20-year veteran of the public schools in SENC, where he most recently served as the principal of New Hanover High School, in Wilmington (go Wildcats!!). Given his professional background, it’s no surprise that Rob prides himself on being a strong leader, communicator, and problem-solver. And he would welcome the chance to put these strengths to work for you. When not at work or in school, the Morgan family can often be seen at any number of youth sporting events throughout the state and region (most often: soccer, basketball, and flag football). Rob values family and community, and he loves travel, music, fitness, good writing, good humor, and ice cream!
