Anita Thomas-Fiscante

Anita is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University. She has a degree in business administration with a major in finance and a degree in nursing. Anita lives in Wilmington with her husband, and her two children. Her husband’s military career brought her family to Wilmington over a decade ago. Anita and her family enjoyed Wilmington so much even after her husband’s retirement they decided to stay. When she is not working, Anita enjoys attending her children’s soccer games, football games, dirt bike riding, traveling, gardening, volunteering at her children’s school, and spending time with friends and family. Anita worked many years as an Emergency Nurse all while developing and pursuing her love for real estate. Finally! Anita made the switch to real estate, noticing that her love for real estate and her love for helping people could be great tools in helping people achieve their real estate goals.
