Originally from Iowa, Randy graduated from college in Minnesota and spent 35 years in Executive capacity, successfully managing luxury resorts from Long Island NY to Maui Hawaii. Much of his experience was working with developers, investors, lenders and training teams to meet customers’ needs. Clients have always been the priority whether he was Vice President overseeing up to 10 resorts or General Manager of a 30-million-dollar hotel. Randy’s clients would describe him as warm, ambitious, and very competent. Having relocated to Brunswick Forest near Wilmington from Western Carolina, to bask in the amazing sunshine on the beaches of coastal Carolina, Randy lives an active lifestyle of biking, golfing, swimming and daily workouts. In his downtime you’ll find him in the kitchen cooking a gourmet dinner for his wife or one or more of his eight children. Randy is used to helping people with big choices in their lives, beginning with his kids.
