A native of Wilmington, Chaquandia “Quan” Bell has always been passionate about real estate in her hometown. She graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with two bachelor's degrees in Biology and Statistics. The Wilmington Battleship of North Carolina was her second home, where she was employed from high school through college. During her time at Wilmington’s Battleship, she played many roles based on the business needs and always kept a customer focus mentality. She strives to guide her clients in making real estate purchases that fit their needs, whether purchasing a first home or an investment property.
