I was originally lured from my home state of Colorado to SE North Carolina by my love of the water and the beautiful scenery and architecture. If I am not helping people buy and sell real estate, there is a good chance you’ll find me downtown, along the Riverwalk on the Cape Fear River. In 2013 I bought my first property, and I’ve been hooked on real estate ever since. Since then, I’ve gained experience buying and selling for myself, and helping others through the process is a natural expansion of my love for real estate. I have always felt that the most important part of real estate is the human factor. The needs of every client are different. It’s more than just bedrooms and bathrooms, it’s about how they fit into a larger puzzle. I’ll help you put them all together. Having moved here a few years ago, I not only have an idea of what it's like to move into and look for property in a new place, but I have taken the time to get to know Wilmington and come to truly love it!
