My real estate business began in 1991 with the purchase of several income producing properties. I continued to build a strong residential/commercial real estate investment portfolio. Shortly after, my wife and I purchased the first of four RE/MAX franchise locations in North Carolina. We sold all four after seventeen years and moved to Wilmington where we raised our two children. We have fallen in love with Wilmington and the energy here. My concentration now is providing excellent service for coastal North Carolina families from Morehead City/Emerald Isle to Calabash.
