Leesa came to Oak Island in 2000 and dove into selling real estate on Bald Head Island. She immediately became passionate about the business. 2002 expanded her business to encompass Oak Island & Southport. Over the years she has gained an unparalleled knowledge of the market in Brunswick County, working in all facets of real estate and development. She has built spec homes, townhomes, most recently built & sold a 6+ acre boat and RV storage facility. She has a keen eye for spotting a property’s highest and best use. Her strong negotiation skills, energy, and knowledge of the market are just a few things her customers can expect. She often says “I'm not in real estate, real estate is in me.” Ohio native this area was a welcome change from the corn fields to a small garden, race horses to doberman pinschers, and cold snow for warm sand. Biggest love is her family. Live music, fishing, traveling are things she enjoys but mostly in the sand or on the boat is what makes her happiest.
