Leesa moved Oak Island in 2000 and started selling real estate on Bald Head Island. She quickly became passionate about the business. 2002 expanded her business to encompass Oak Island & Southport. Over the years she has gained an unparalleled knowledge of the market in Brunswick County, She works in all facets of real estate and development. She has built spec homes, townhomes, fix & flips, and most recently built & sold a 6+ acre boat and RV storage facility. She has a keen eye for spotting a property’s highest and best use.
