Joe LeFevre was born and raised in North Carolina and has lived in the Southport area since 2010. He is a graduate of South Brunswick High School, where he developed an interest in the performing arts and has since performed in and around the Wilmington area as well as across the East Coast. As an agent for three years Joe has brought his enthusiasm from the stage to a career in real estate. He has enjoyed guiding clients through the exciting experience of buying or selling and leading them smiling and laughing all the way to their new home.
