Dawn wants to be your home girl! She values building long-lasting relationships with each client & prioritizes her clients by being readily available. Just like every person is unique and has a story, so does each piece of property. Dawn wants to help match her clients with the perfect piece of land or house that they can put their personal touch on and call home. After 15 years of vacationing in the Oak Island area Dawn finally decided to call it home. She relocated with her husband and two children with plans to build their own home in Brunswick County. Acting as their own builders they broke ground in 2022. Dawn has been very involved in all aspects of the building process from choosing the right piece of property, permits & inspections, painting, insulation, carpentry & the list goes on.
