My name is Charlotte Holt! I was born and raised in the Blue Ridge Mountains of NC. After meeting my husband on vacation here at Oak Island, we decided to relocate full-time to build our life on the coast. After relocating, I understand the ins and outs of the process and would love to be able to help you do the same! When I'm not helping clients buy or sell real estate, I enjoy supporting my husband at the motocross track or hiking with my two bloodhounds and Belgian Malinois.
