Kendall moved to NC in 2018 when her husband received orders to serve at Camp Lejeune, and quickly fell in love with the local area. Kendall is very passionate about helping other military families navigate their oftentimes difficult situations. Although many realtors work in a part-time capacity, real estate is Kendall’s full-time job and personal passion. In 2022 alone, Kendall sold $7.7 million worth of properties, 93% of which were for active duty or veteran military members. When working with sellers, Kendall is incredibly skilled at property marketing and will make sure her clients’ homes get the exposure necessary to sell quickly and for high value. Kendall knows the importance of listening to the desires of her clients and will work diligently to ensure that each of those desires are met. Her friendly and easy-going demeanor coupled with her drive and tireless work ethic allow for her to greatly surpass the expectations commonly desired in any real estate agent.
