I’m Jen. After moving from New York to coastal North Carolina with my husband and daughters, I quickly developed a deep appreciation for the lifestyle that makes this area so special. Now raising my girls here, I understand what draws people to Hampstead, Wilmington, and the surrounding communities…from beautiful beaches and a strong sense of community to the quality of life that makes living here so rewarding. My connection to real estate began in my 20s, when I spent 10 years working as a certified real estate appraiser in New York along with several years in real estate sales. That experience gave me a strong understanding of home values and the many factors that influence a successful real estate transaction. Drawing from my real estate background, online marketing experience, and my career in social work, my goal is simple: to help clients feel informed, supported, and confident with honest guidance and clear communication every step of the way.
