Kendall is honored to be a part of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Carolina Premier Properties, a locally owned and operated company with offices in Wilmington, Hampstead, Jacksonville, Carolina Beach and Holden Beach, NC. Kendall was born and raised in Maryland and later graduated from college in Newport, Rhode Island. Fast forward a few years after a successful career in finance, getting married and having 4 children, Kendall is now deeply connected to the local happenings of her North Carolina community. So far, Kendall has helped over 20 families meet their real estate goals and she has sold over $11.1 million dollars in total volume in the past 3 years. She personally understands the process of packing, moving and settling in a new environment and she uses that knowledge to help her clients make their selling and buying experiences seamless and enjoyable.
