Sandy is a Wilmington NC native and former NHHS Wildcat! She has lived in FL, DE, twice in SC and in 2020 came back home to her NC roots. As an experienced REALTOR®, Sandy has been instrumental in utilizing her sales, visual merchandising and staging background to guide clients successfully through the complexities of real estate transactions. Her motto is “Presentation is Everything.” Sandy’s real-life experience makes her uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers. Her true passions are real estate and home staging, helping sellers’ stage and market their homes for the maximum amount of profit in the least amount of time. Sandy is a Mom, a grand-mommy, a fur baby mama, a practicing yogi and she enjoys home improvement, painting and refinishing furniture, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her family. Sandy supports the Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity as one of the competing designers for the annual “Upscale Resale Event.”
