Wilmington NC has been my home since 1980. My family grew up here enjoying the area beaches, riverfront, cultural and historic attractions along with the added benefit of being able to drive to larger cities or the mountains in just a few hours. While we still enjoy that mid size town feel, Wilmington also has an international airport with major airlines that can take you to almost any destination. I activated my real estate license in 2013 and immediately fell in love with helping others achieve their dream of home ownership, whether it be first time, vacation home, investment or retirement buyers. I also assist in home sales and in today's sellers' market it is even more critical for owners to acquire the skills of a real estate professional when selling their property.
