Amy W. Brown is thrilled to be with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices! Amy moved here in 2002 after a successful career in advertising sales in New York City. She worked for A&E Networks in television ad sales, and Westwood One/CBS in national network radio sales. Amy got her license in 2013 and has sold over 180 properties. She has worked with many people from out of town to discover our many beaches and beautiful historic downtown lifestyle. She has been a top producer, team leader, a Broker In Charge and enjoys collaborating with her fellow Realtors. Amy is known for her great relationships with clients and sharp negotiating skills and market analysis. Amy has 2 amazing sons - one at ASU in Boone and one at UNC Chapel Hill. She also has 2 sweet pups that you may see in the office.She is an avid boater, enjoys paddle boarding, pickleball, pilates, running 5ks and LOVES the Wilmington restaurants.
