April Green-Kastor, REALTOR®, brings a strong, well-rounded background to Berkshire Hathaway Carolina Premier Properties. Born and raised in Southern MD, she discovered her passion for real estate early, beginning as an assistant to a top-producing agent. She later expanded her expertise in the mortgage industry, working for several years as a loan officer and processor. This combined experience gives her a unique advantage when guiding clients through both the buying and financing process. Having recently relocated from Delaware to NC's beautiful coast, April understands firsthand the challenges of buying, selling, and moving. She is dedicated to making each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. With strong marketing and negotiation skills, along with empathy and intuition, she is a committed advocate for buyers and sellers alike. April and her husband, Bryan, have three children active in travel sports. In her free time, April can be found on the beach with a good book.
