I grew up in the Florida Panhandle, where I learned the value of hard work, integrity, and keeping my word from my grandfather, who was a contractor. In my early twenties, my passion for trees led me to become a certified arborist, and I spent more than 20 years building and operating successful tree care businesses. Nearly a decade ago, my wife, Mollie, and I relocated to Wilmington. Soon after, I founded Joshua Tree of Wilmington, a tree preservation company. When our son, Theo, was born, I decided it was time to pursue a more grounded profession: helping people navigate one of life's biggest decisions through real estate. I believe relationships are built on trust, and I'm committed to providing knowledgeable guidance, responsive service, and a smooth experience from start to finish.
