Ali Leoni is a New Jersey native who spontaneously relocated to Wilmington, NC. She quickly fell in love with the coastal charm, sense of community, local events, and a downtown with a growing ‘foodie’ scene and lots of shopping. With a background in healthcare, she worked in surgical services providing hands-on care to patients—an experience that shaped her calm, compassionate approach and attention to detail. Real estate was a natural transition, fueled by her passion for helping others during a stressful but exciting time. She is all about guiding buyers and sellers with confidence and ease. Ali is committed to making the process feel simple, supported, and stress-free, serving as both a trusted advisor and advocate every step of the way. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband, exploring local restaurants, spending time soaking up the sun, helping the community through LifePoint Church, and keeping up with her two mischievous dogs.
