At 19 I owned my first property. It later became a rental investment. That one investment afforded me the opportunity to not only save money but also give me another stream of income. I knew I had discovered something that I could teach people & help them attain their goals. In 2001, I obtained my real estate license & became a member of the Jacksonville Board of Realtors (JBOR). In 2002, I purchased my first commercial investment property, Store All Self Storage Inn & was part of the JBOR Education Committee. In 2003 I chaired that committee. I served 14 years on the JBOR Board of Directors. During that time, I was also one of the JBOR INDOC Instructors. 2010- 2011 I served the JBOR as Treasurer. In 2011 I was honored to receive The Realtor of The Year Award. I’ve been able to excel in real estate because I believe in it. I believe in practicing what I teach, so as homeowner, landlord, REALTOR, manager, broker & investor, I have a wealth of knowledge to offer!
